I am very happy to report that in the past couple of weeks, I’ve been appointed as President of the Massachusetts Business Educators Association and re-elected as Treasurer of MassCUE!
The Massachusetts Business Educators Association (MBEA) is the Massachusetts affiliate of the National Business Education Association (NBEA). I was appointed to the board of directors and as the Secretary of the board in 2016. Since then, I have served as the Secretary, Vice President, and will now assume the role of President. I look forward to welcoming the NBEA’s annual conference to Boston in 2020 while continuing to arrange high-quality professional development for business educators in the Commonwealth.
MassCUE is the Massachusetts affiliate of the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE). I was appointed to the board of directors in 2014, was elected as the organization’s Treasurer in 2015, and was re-elected in both 2017 and 2019. I am honored to serve such a great organization that provides meaningful technology opportunities to educators – we truly live our tagline of “Educate, Connect, Inspire.” I can’t wait to see what the next two years bring!
