As the 2021-2022 neared its end, so did my three-year term as a founding board member of the Wharton Educator Advisory Board. It was a bittersweet moment for me, even moreso when Diana Drake, Managing Editor of the Wharton Global Youth Program, asked me to write an article to reflect on my time with the board. I happily obliged.
